Before founding Xeroth, he pioneered live-streaming wildlife experiences with AfriCam and WildEarth, securing partnerships with National Geographic, CCTV, and Disney. His expertise spans AI-driven robotics, environmental intelligence, and strategic business scaling. At Xeroth, Graham leads the company’s mission to integrate cutting-edge AI with airborne systems, ensuring that robotic technology serves both conservation and security applications while adhering to the highest ethical standards.

Dr. David Gaynor

David is a research fellow at the University of Pretoria’s Mammal Research Institute, specializing in wildlife management and conservation. His work spans various fields, including the behavioral ecology of mammals, with a particular focus on social structures and reproductive success, as seen in his involvement with the University of Cambridge seminal Kalahari Meerkat Project. In addition to his research on animal behavior, David leads innovative projects to enhance wildlife conservation technologies.

Michael is a leading expert in radar remote sensing and high-performance computing, with a career spanning aerospace and defense projects in the UK, USA, and South Africa. Holding a Ph.D. from Imperial College London, he pioneered research in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Passive Coherent Location (PCL), and multi-static radar networks. At Xeroth, Michael provides critical expertise in SAR-based detection, particularly for identifying wire snares in anti-poaching operations. His experience developing radar sensor networks and AI-driven radar application sensors Xeroth’s solutions deliver accurate and scalable environmental monitoring. A Senior Life Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE), he has over 210 publications, four patents, and has led the development of radar education globally.

Ian Cain

Ian is the Chairman of the Board at Xeroth AI Limited, overseeing governance and strategic direction. With an extensive background in law and finance, Ian has been a partner level solicitor, and served as Head of UK Strategic Wealth Advisory at Goldman Sachs, advising individuals and family businesses on legal structure, tax strategies, and finance. He later led Ogier Private Wealth, focusing on fiduciary and legal services for global clients. At Xeroth, Ian ensures strong governance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the company's mission as it pioneers AI-driven solutions in conservation and security.

Chris is a Partner at Dechert LLP, serving as Co-head of Private Equity and London Corporate and Securities practice. He advises clients on a broad range of domestic and international private equity and corporate matters. Chris is ranked and recommended in The Legal 500 UK for private equity transactions and is listed by IFLR1000 for his work in private equity and M&A transactions. He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Nottingham and has worked extensively on training and mentoring young lawyers.

James Stuart

James is the Founder and Director of the Pavocat Group of Companies, a specialist international counter-corruption consultancy headquartered in central London. With extensive experience in counter-terrorism and security issues, James has led various high-profile roles, including heading the UK Ministry of Defence's Full Spectrum Effects Team and the UK Cross Government Attack the Network Team, where he coordinated disruption against threats to the UK. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for ARX Alliance and Chairman of Risk Management for Wentworth Family Office, leveraging his expertise to advise governments, businesses, and individuals on combating corruption and protecting against compliance and integrity risks.

Owen is an accomplished educationalist with extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum design administration. His expertise spans political governance, international affairs, human rights, and international law. Owen holds a Master of Studies in Modern History from Exeter College, Oxford, as well as a BA and LLB from the University of Natal, Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. He has led Politics departments at top UK  independent schools and has organized high-profile conferences on global affairs at institutions such as Chatham House and the Royal United Services Institute.

Michael is Provost Emeritus and Professor of Biological Sciences at USC Dornsife College. His research spans neuroscience, with a focus on neural signaling and computational neuroscience, including the intersection of biological and artificial neural networks. At Xeroth, Michael Quick  applies his expertise to the design of adaptive AI systems, drawing on his background in machine learning and leadership experience as USC's Provost.

Nick is the Head of the AI Centre of Domain Expertise at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, with over 30 years of experience spanning Law Enforcement, National Security, Counter-Terrorism, Defense, and Government. An expert in Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, Product Management and AI Governance, he combines deep operational knowledge of counter-terrorist C4ISR with a proven track record advising on AI adoption and exploitation globally. A Chartered Management Consultant with advanced science degrees, Nick is a trusted adviser to boards and CEOs, a thought leader in AI Ethics and Governance, and a key contributor to building safe, responsible, and innovative technology ecosystems across critical sectors.

Garth Lee

Garth is a highly experienced electro-mechanical and systems integration specialist with a career spanning radar, sonar, UAV, and combat suite technologies. With extensive expertise in building Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) systems and integrating advanced drone payloads, he has contributed to major defense projects with Thales, British Aerospace, and Plessey. Garth has played a key role in the development of UAV components for aerial surveillance, LiDAR applications, and advanced electronic warfare systems. His background in composite manufacturing, CAD/CAM design, and CNC machining allows him to bridge the gap between AI-driven autonomy and real-world operational deployment. At Xeroth, Garth focuses on the physical integration of AI-driven anti-poaching solutions, ensuring seamless hardware-software synergy in complex environments.
